FAQs

What’s included in your packages?

For a stills package, I promise at least 30 fully edited shots per set. However I often WAY over-deliver on quantity. Some of my recent sets have included upwards of 70 edited photos. (although I don’t promise that many either.) If I see a good angle, I shoot it. And if I like the way it looks in post processing, I’ll usually include it unless it’s too close to another image. I’d rather under promise and over deliver.

For Video package, I promise at least a 1-2 minute video, with music bed and some Call To Action info at the ending. However depending on the music track you choose from several I’ll provide from a stock music house, the track could be longer. Keep in mind that the attention span of the viewer is limited, so I try to hit the target time between one and two minutes for the most optimal viewing experience.

Do you do drone shots?

Yes! I always try to include drone photos and/ or video clips based on the package you choose. Now sometimes a property or the weather conditions may not be optimal for drone flight, so I take these on a case-by-case basis. But I’ve flown in some tight spaces and I will do my very best to get you some aerial shots whenever possible! I’m also FAA certified for commercial UAS operation, under the Part 107 license.

How long does it take to get my shots?

I’m pretty fast. Typically I can have your full set of stills within about one week of the shoot date, and your video within two weeks of the shoot date. However I do try to keep a clean slate, so I often deliver sets much quicker and I keep my schedule alternating between shoot and edit dates so I keep from getting back logged.

How do you price out your packages?

In a nutshell: It’s all about Time. I spend typically 3.5-4 hours shooting a short term rental cabin. And I shoot a LOT. Then I spend about one full day in my office going through shots, processing HDRs and editing the final set. So all-in, I’ll have roughly 12 hours+ in on a set of stills, and if a video is included, that will take an additional 4-8 hours of editing. So I base my pricing on the product I deliver.
